All rates shown are inclusive of 5 hours on the property: access to the space one hour prior to the start of your event for set-up, 3.5 hours for your event and ½ hour for tear down and to remove personal items. Extra time may be added pending availability.
Front Parlor (20’ x 26’) — Ideal for ceremonies, receptions, or social gatherings

*The courtyard is only available as an add-on in addition to renting one of the indoor rooms. The courtyard cannot be rented as a standalone rental.

Packaged Rental Spaces
A private & dedicated restroom for your event is only guaranteed when renting all three interior spaces. Guests booking one or two interior rooms may have to share a restroom with other event guests.
Access & usage of the lower front porch is only included in events booking both the front & middle parlors. Bookings of just one parlor will not have access or usage of the front porch as it runs the length of both parlor spaces.
